If you are especially working in an office, do not neglect to do small exercises that stretch your arms, shoulders, back and neck. To increase the effectiveness of the stretching, you can shake your arms and legs then your whole body. Stretch your arms upwards and your legs downwards three times to liven up your whole skeletal and muscle system. Take a deep breath from your nose when stretching up and down.
