Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

The 3 Tesla 64 channel MRI device has a faster examination feature with higher resolution images compared to other low Tesla MR devices. Thanks to these features, it reduces the amount of time the patient spends in the MRI device, and makes it possible to detect lesions in smaller sizes with its high-resolution imaging feature. It allows the treatment process to be planned and carried out more effectively for the patient and the physician. Thanks to the whole-body scanning feature, a wide variety of diseases can be detected in every part of the body. The amount of fat in the organs can be measured, and the separation of residual and regenerated tumours can be made more effectively, especially after tumour surgeries.

Thanks to a wider boron aperture of 70 cm, shorter magnet length and particularly silent imaging technology (Silent MRI), patients who are unable to enter the MRI device can be scanned more easily and comfortably. Thanks to the MR compatible anaesthesia system, patients with advanced claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) and child patients can be given sedation to be treated safely in the hospital environment by experienced anaesthesiologists.
